Rebecca has extensive experience helping clients understand and change unhelpful patterns in their lives. Her background as a PR director and journalist gives her insight into high-pressure environments, and she now supports companies with critical incident and crisis response work.
Relationships
She works with individuals and couples who face challenges in relationships, self worth, or emotional balance. Many people also come for support with anxiety, burnout or low mood.
Aims
Rebecca tailors her approach to each client, drawing from integrative psychotherapy, CBT, mindfulness and creative methods. She provides a supportive and encouraging space for lasting personal growth.
